The paper focused on the production index and raw material requirements of P·R 7.5 portland cement for the road. After evaluating the features of raw materials and portland cement, it adopted the high silica ratio and low alumina oxygen ratio batching scheme. The produced cement prepared by proper calcination process could meet the construction requirements for the project.
