    The new generation of N-U classifier adopts a new design shape of rotor blade, which can meet the fineness requirements of different products by changing the blade angle, and the particle distribution of products can be effectively controlled. Because the separator's rotor blade is U-shaped, and pulling force is stronger, the classifier can reduce the pressure of classifier under the same level classifier efficiency. After modification, the feed rate increase by about 10.0%, the system power consumption of raw mill decrease by about 1.0 kW·h/t, the payback period is only one year, and the modification effect is remarkable.

    In the practical production of cement, the semi-final grinding system of the cement roller press exhibits a lot of problems, including the untimely and inaccurate material flow adjustment, incapability of a side baffle to guarantee the saturated work of the roller press, the limited size of the ventilation section of the V-type powder separator, inconvenience in the adjustment of cold air valve of eddy current separator, as well as the low working efficiency of the system. With careful analyses, a new type of automatic control feeding mechanism is adopted, a V-type powder concentrator is designed and installed, the ventilation channels are increased, and the overall dumping procedure is employed. All these optimizations lead to an increase in the working efficiency of the roller press, which finally could reach up to 90%, with stable performance. The output of P·O 42.5 cement can be stabilized above 190t/h, and the power consumption of the process is actually reduced by 2.21kW·h/t.

    The original coal powder preparation system used 3 sets of screw conveyor and 5 sets of electro-hydraulic push rod flat gate valve, which had lots of problems including complex process layout, large maintenance workload, high power consumption, kiln and calciner coal powder bunker control operation difficulty. After the reform, the new system is mainly composed of one through shaft screw conveyor, one adjustable three-way discharge valve and three electro-hydraulic push rod flat gate valve, which simplifies the original process system. It can be saved about 100,000 yuan from the annual maintenance cost, and 13,400 yuan from the annual power. At the same time, the kiln and calciner coal powder warehouse position adjustment is more flexible.

    In view of the low grade of limestone in the company's mines, high silicon content, strong toughness and not easy to be broken; low output of the crusher, serious wear of the hammer head and hammer disc; large motor startup vibration and high current when the motor is directly started, it was upgraded. By adopting changes in PCY- S2020B type crusher rotor drive form, optimization of the number and size of hammer heads, improvement of rotor structure and other measures have increased the output of the crusher, it ensured the safe and stable operation of the crusher equipment and the smooth progress of production, while reducing energy consumption and saving The production cost has been reduced, and considerable economic benefits have been achieved.

By adding blower, adjusting the position of guide pipe and improving the opening, the expected cleaning effect is achieved.

    This article introduces the function of automatic monthly closing module of the BIM platform, and analyzes the usage of this module function with an example. By using the accumulated feedback engineering quantity data automatically calculated from the 3D model of BIM platform and the entered contract unit price information, automatic calculation of total monthly settlement amount can be done so as to realize the automatic settlement of engineering quantities. The subcontractor and the general contractor can work collaboratively online, which improves the accuracy and work efficiency of project cost management and reduces the workload of manual calculation.

    In view of the construction difficulties of long-span space truss steel structure project, including small erection area on land, insufficient stiffness of space truss and difficult installation of hoisting equipment and scaffold, this paper proposed the way how to combine partitioning installation and overhead bulk erection together with temporary support system. This method meets the requirements of progress, quality and cost for space truss construction, thus ensuring the normal use of wharf dock during construction.

    This paper introduces the purpose and main contents of power station inspection in cement plant, analyzes the reasons influencing the power station inspection, and puts forward the main factors that should be considered in the design of power station inspection channel in cement plant and design suggestions. The patrol channel should be defined in the design and planning stage of the cement plant power station. At the same time, the patrol channel should be smooth, the equipment should have a loose operating space, and the patrol route should be scientifically set to facilitate the patrol and ensure the safety of the patrol.

    The process layout of 5 kinds of 5 000t/d Wet FGD systems for new and old cement clinker production lines were analyzed and compared. Due to the diversity of the kiln tail process layout in the cement clinker production line, the author puts forward the principles to be followed in the process layout and the key points to be paid attention to in the design of the Wet FGD system. The centralized layout of desulfurization system should be given priority in reconstruction projects. The system layout should shorten the distance between the desulfurizing tower, the preheater chimney and the exhaust fan. At the same time, the layout of the kiln preheater workshop should be considered comprehensively in the new project.

    This paper introduces the technological process of collaborative sludge disposal in cement kiln, and studies the dosage ratio of inorganic sludge and its influence on cement production energy consumption, flue gas emission and product quality. The practice shows that inorganic sludge can replace some high silica sandstone and clay by participating in the raw meal ratio according to the mixing amount of 2%. The power consumption of high-temperature fan at the kiln tail increases by 0.01kW·h/t, the power consumption of exhaust fan at the kiln preheater increases by 0.09kW·h/t, the emission of characteristic pollutants in flue gas does not increase significantly, and the chemical composition and product quality of cement clinker meet the requirements of relevant standards. The residue of inorganic sludge after calcination can be used as cement component and melted in cement clinker.

    This paper introduces the advantages and disadvantages of each technological process of the bypass system at the kiln inlet chamber of cement kiln under different dust capture methods, as well as the selection of venting volume and its specific design requirements when designing the bypass system. When the bypass ratio is less than 25%, the flue gas intake point should be set at the center on the side of the rotary kiln; the pipeline before entering the quenching chamber generally needs to be set with castable in a thickness of 230mm; the gas speed at the inlet is generally designed at 20m/s, and the gas speed at the air outlet is generally set at 18m/s. The length of the flue gas pipeline from the quenching chamber to the air inlet of the dust collector would be more than 20m.

    This paper introduced the working principle of electric curved valve, double curved electric-hammer valve and pneumatic-hammer flap valve. The weakness of these traditional valves has been analyzed in practical production. Base on the above research, we developed a new type of double-layer pneumatic gate valve. The double-layer pneumatic gate valve is composed of two upper and lower body and "middle box". It has the characteristics of flexible switch and good airlock effect. The valve is provided with an "escape" mechanism to prevent the clinker powder from blocking the valve plate. The opening and closing time of the gate can be adjusted by the PLC controller, and so the automatic control function of "automation, zero failure, zero leakage and maintenance-free" is realized.

    This paper introduces the current situation of over-diameter limestone in the receiving pit of the cement plant, puts forward the overall design scheme of the limestone over-diameter treatment system, and introduces in detail the composition and identification analysis process of the image recognition system. The limestone particle size is detected by image recognition technology. While identifying the oversized bulk materials, the particle size data can guide the mining and crusher production, effectively solve the problem of oversized limestone blocking in the receiving pit, and improve the cement enterprise's sophisticated management level.

    X-ray diffraction(XRD) analysis was applied to the damaged concrete specimen at the air position of concrete pole in the saline soil area (Hotan area) of Xinjiang, it was found that ettringite, calcium carbonate and other hydration products existed in the concrete sample, indicating that the concrete was subjected to sulfate attack and carbonation. Phenolphthalein reagent analysis showed that the carbonation of concrete specimen was very severely, and the carbonation depth of concrete was from the surface of the concrete to the surface of the steel bar, causing the steel reinforcement was corroded. The based concrete was prepared with low water binder ratio (below 0.4) and mixed with fly ash, silica fume and other admixtures, which could improve the strength of the concrete. The durability of concrete poles could also be improved by using slow cooling during steam curing process.
