Waste Heat Generation in Chaohu Rail 1500t／d New Dry Cement Plant

Abstract For higher energy utilization and to realize economy energy consumption in China cement industry, waste heat generation of PC kiln has been given increasing attention and has entered into fast development． At present, many cement plants attempt to take waste heat generation as their competitive superiority． Based on thermal detection of Chaohu Rail 1500t／d procalcining line, the related equipment and parameters are analyzed in this paper． In addition, the prospect of waste heat generation is forecast．
