Affect Factors Releasing in Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry Analysis

In order to make accurate inspection on poisonous and contaminating elements during wastes treatment, atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) is used to determine the content of heavy metal elements. This paper discussed four factors which influencing the accuracy analysis of AAS results: operation parameter, zero point, standard curve and disturb substance. Through national setting of four factors, the accuracy of determination is improved, thus the basis of wastes treatment is provided.

For higher energy utilization and to realize economy energy consumption in China cement industry, waste heat generation of PC kiln has been given increasing attention and has entered into fast development. At present, many cement plants attempt to take waste heat generation as their competitive superiority. Based on thermal detection of Chaohu Rail 1500t/d procalcining line, the related equipment and parameters are analyzed in this paper. In addition, the prospect of waste heat generation is forecast.
