Abstract Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. has developed a computer emulation testing bed with 3D numerical simulation function based on engineering practice. By using this system, the engineers of TCDRI engaged production commissioning on 3＃ line of Huarun Cement (Pingnan) Co., Ltd. Forecasting on temperature field distribution on precalciner is made successfully, thus provide a new method for cement plant commissioning.
