Abstract Three different components surfacing layers of the alloy were prepared in Q235 steel plate by submerged arc welding,No.1 TiCrMo, No.2 medium manganese steel, and No.3 high manganese steel. Wear test of the crusher hammers samples was done in dynamic load wear test machine. It turned out that, in 2J,3J,4J different kinds of impact load, No1 show more excellent impact wear resistance than No 2 and No 3.
