Study on Influence of Different Parameters upon Economical Thermal Insulation Thickness for Cement Plant

The sensitivity analysis on influence of 10 parameters upon economical thermal insulation thickness for cement plant has been carried out, based on the pipe and plane economical thermal insulation thickness models, aiming for the quantified influencing characteristics. Results show that pipe diameters and economical thermal insulation thicknesses both have influences on results calculated by pipe and plane economical thermal insulation thickness models. The relative divergence of results ranges from 5% to 38.6% with the pipe diameter of 1000mm (required in GB/T 8175-2008) and within 20% while the economical thermal insulation thickness is less than 200mm. The heat price, yearly interest, paying back period and air velocity have little influence. However, the fluid temperature, pipe diameter, ambient temperature, as well as the thermal conductivity and investment price of thermal insulation layer should be paid more attention to while designing the economical thermal insulation thickness for cement plant.

Three different components surfacing layers of the alloy were prepared in Q235 steel plate by submerged arc welding,No.1 TiCrMo, No.2 medium manganese steel, and No.3 high manganese steel. Wear test of the crusher hammers samples was done in dynamic load wear test machine. It turned out that, in 2J,3J,4J different kinds of impact load, No1 show more excellent impact wear resistance than No 2 and No 3.
