Abstract The rotary kiln is one of the key equipments in the cement production line, whether the rotary kiln is functioning properly will directly affect the running of whole production line. The vibration is the main problem of the rotary kiln’s running. There are multifarious reasons leading the vibration, and the adjustment of rotary kiln is difficult and required high technique, so the kiln vibration troubled plenty of cement production enterprises. Taking three station rotary kiln for example, try to analysis the cause and representation of vibration, summarize the diagnosis and adjustment based years of experience. This article is sharing some viewpoints with counterparts.
