Abstract The 5 000t/d cement production line of Dalian Cement Group uses cement kiln to dispose urban sludge, so the kiln exhaust gas has complex composition and contains various pollutants. According to the characteristics of waste gas from preheater, the original ESP was transformed into bag filter, and the glass fiber membrane filter bag was used to prevent corrosion of its shell.
