Based on the second law of thermodynamics, using the thermal calibration of Mengdian cement project as the input data, the exergy was calculated for the typical NSP cement kiln system, as well as the exergy distribution of typical cement production lines was given. From the perspective of heat equilibrium and exergy equilibrium, energy saving direction of the cement NSP technology was further pointed out.

The localization of international engineering should be systematically arranged in the aspects of labor organization mode, contracting mode and management mode. At the same time, the design and construction plan should be optimized according to local conditions, in order to be more adapted to the localization operation of international projects and help the localization of projects quickly developed. For international projects where the project country is completely unable to adapt to the localization process, it is necessary to consider building a labor base in a third overseas country to reduce project implementation costs and increase the company's international competitive advantage.

According to the characteristics of waste gas from preheater, the original ESP was transformed into bag filter, and the glass fiber membrane filter bag was used to prevent corrosion of its shell.

The process technology and equipment for the coordinated disposal of urban and rural household garbage by cement kiln developed independently by Chengdu Building Materials Industry Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. was introduced, mainly including urban and rural domestic waste cascade sorting pretreatment system, RDF cement kiln co-process technology, SPF furnace technology and equipment, cement kiln co-processing of secondary pollution control technology. Practice proved that the resource utilization of cement kiln and the harmless disposal of urban and rural household garbage can realize the “zero landfill” of household garbage, and the emission of various pollutants can meet the national standards.

Development of cement industry bag dust removal technology was reviewed. The cement production process, dust removal equipment, the development trend of filter materials, spare parts, etc, was introduced. By comparing the electric and bag dust removal, introducing the domestic coated filter material properties and application and after-sales service system, the efficient filter material was proved fully qualified for cooler and preheater gas purification in the cement industry.
