Abstract Sinoma Bangye (Hangzhou) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. jointly developed ICE Intelligent Optimum Control Platform. The platform adopted advanced control technology with model predictive control as the core, and complicated processes modeling technology with neural network, by collecting real-time production data of DCS system and combining quality data of laboratory, to realize the process optimal control of key manufacturing links in cement production process, and to achieve automatic control effects with safety, stability and optimization. This could improve output, reduce energy consumption, guarantee product quality, meet environmental protection requirements, and maximize the economic benefits of cement production enterprises.
