Abstract The ATOX50 raw material mill adopts the three-fans process system, and the supporting circulating fan installed power is 3 800kW, and its aerodynamic efficiency is low, resulting in relatively high power consumption of the circulating fan. In actual operation, it is basically full-load operation and becomes the most energy-consuming production process unit in cement clinker production. Therefore, after actual investigation and research, it is decided to adopt high-efficiency energy-saving fan to replace the circulating fan with the whole machine, so as to satisfy the existing production. The requirements also take into account the extreme production capacity. After the transformation, the air leakage inside the fan is greatly reduced, the resistance of the inlet and outlet pipes is reduced, and the efficiency of the whole machine is greatly improved.
