Abstract The influences of the quality of the original and combustion materials, liquid phase quantity of clinker, flying sand, grate cooler and pulverized coal burner on the “snowman” are analyzed. Put forward the control of the quality of the original and combustion materials, control of clinker batching scheme, the correct operation of grate cooler and pulverized coal burner and other corresponding treatment technical measures. The production practice effect after implementing the improvement measures is summarized.
