Abstract Taking an aggregate project as an example, this paper expounds the overall solution of a certain type of high-quality machine-made aggregate production line, which involves the introduction of process flow, equipment configuration scheme, equipment combination mode, general layout, electronic control equipment, dust removal facilities, storage and transportation system, etc. The purpose is to provide a process control link. The overall design idea of the sand aggregate production line is helpful to obtain high quality sand aggregate products and make the output ratio more reasonable.
