Abstract This paper introduces the method of MSA evaluation of the commonly used fluorescence analysis system in cement enterprises using the measurement system analysis tool in Minitab software. The accuracy and accuracy evaluation tool in Minitab software was selected to evaluate the accuracy and accuracy of the fluorescence analysis system, and the stability of the fluorescence analyzer was monitored by single value control diagram. The results show that LY's limestone detection system is heavily biased, repeatability, and reproducibility and resolution meet the requirements.
