Abstract The conventionally designed hopper is convenient for cleaning and maintenance, but it needs manual cleaning. On the basis of conventional design, application of vibrating hopper solves the problem of blocking of viscous and wet materials. The vibrating hopper does not need to manually poke the material, which save labor, and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
