Abstract This paper introduces an intelligent lighting system configuration in cement plants. The system is mainly composed of every sub lighting system such for electrical rooms, main production departments, CCR, office buildings, plant roads and etc., and with centralized management based on a unified platform. It is an open type system and compatible with other control equipment or system via standard industrial communication bus. This intelligent lighting system greatly improves the plant lighting quality, lighting management level and effectively saves lighting energy.
