Abstract The selection of roots blower for coal feeding system at kiln and calciner of the 4 000t/d cement clinker production line of the company is too large, and the noise is high. After replacing with air suspension blower, the power consumption is reduced by more than 30%, and the noise is reduced by about 20%, and the production environment has been significantly improved.
