Abstract The new generation of N-U classifier adopts a new design shape of rotor blade, which can meet the fineness requirements of different products by changing the blade angle, and the particle distribution of products can be effectively controlled. Because the separator's rotor blade is U-shaped, and pulling force is stronger, the classifier can reduce the pressure of classifier under the same level classifier efficiency. After modification, the feed rate increase by about 10.0%, the system power consumption of raw mill decrease by about 1.0 kW·h/t, the payback period is only one year, and the modification effect is remarkable.
