The structural characteristics and defects of traditional scraper cleaning device of belt conveyor are introduced, the reason of adhesion of fine material was analyzed, the improvement measures such as adding pneumatic cleaning device are put forward. By adding blower, adjusting the position of guide pipe and improving the opening, the expected cleaning effect is achieved.
