Abstract The grinding system of raw material roller press is widely used, and the service life of stud roller sleeve roller surface is long, and the grinding effect is good. By controlling the discharge particle size of raw material crusher, configuring the bulk metal discharge device, improving the feed dispersion effect of V-type powder separator, controlling the ratio of 200μm and 80μm coarse powder of dynamic powder separator, it can extend the service life of roller surface, improve the powder selection efficiency of V-type powder separator and dynamic powder separator, and optimize the operation index of raw material grinding system.
