Abstract This paper has introduced the equipment configuration, technological process and engineering application of a semi-final grinding system with cement external circulation. While grinding P·O42.5R cement, the power consumption of cement grinding is 26~27kW·h/t, and the water needed under the cement normal consistency is ~26%. The successful operation of this system provides a new technical system solution for cement grinding field.
