Abstract A new type of raw material feeding rotor scale is introduced. The rotor scale is composed of pneumatic flow valve and rotor scale, and is equipped with PID. It has the functions of steady flow and metering, and is not affected by the change of raw material level in the raw material bin. The current fluctuation of the bucket elevator entering the kiln is small, the long-term metering accuracy is better than 0.5%, and maintenance free for 5 years.
