Abstract This paper briefly describes the process flow, material balance and water balance calculation of Daye Jianfeng 5 000 t/d cement desulfurization project, analyzed the influence of chloride ion concentration on desulfurization system, and puts forward the control value of chloride ion content in slurry. After two years of operation, the problem of wastewater discharge is solved while meeting the discharge standard of high sulfur raw materials.
