Abstract By reforming the structure of internal air in EPIC-F3085 burner, the shape of combustion flame and thermal distribution are optimized. On the basis of not affecting the calcination quality, the low NOx combustion of rotary kiln burner is realized. Compared with before, the ammonia consumption is reduced by 1.82kg/t clinker, and good economic benefits are obtained.
