In order to further improve the production capacity and reduce the clinker heat consumption, Guangxi CRC Hongshuihe cement Co., Ltd. entrusted Sinoma Technology ＆ Equipment Group Co., Ltd. to reconstruct its pyro-processing system of 2500 t/ d clinker production line in the former of  general contracting . After the reconstruction, the pyro-processing system was running in good condition, the clinker output could reach 2970t/d and energy consumption was decreased significantly. Besides, the cooler was in stable and efficient operation and heat recovery efficiency had a substantial increase. This reconstructed project has achieved the desired results of energy saving.

This article analyzes the attentions of civil bidding at the oversea EPC&EP project from several aspects, discusses how to do well at the oversea EPC&EP civil tender project, and presents constructive suggestions.
