With the improvement of cement industry and technology, the national standard GB 16780-2012 "The norm of energy consumption per unit products of cement" has been unable to meet the requirements of the development of cement industry. Combining the latest progress of NSP cement energy saving technology, it is necessary to carry out a revision of the standard. Through the standard revision and implementation, it will further improve China's cement industry energy efficiency, reduce the toxic and harmful substances emissions, improve resources comprehensive utilization, advance the cement industry to use the current technology and equipment to reduce the energy consumption, improve production technology, equipment and quality management level, promote the sustainable development of cement industry.

As a kind of rigid base material, lean concrete has good waterproof and anti-seepage properties, and has a broad application prospect in the southern region with large rainfall. The road in industrial field was taken as a background, the design flow, method and the selection of various parameters for road with lean concrete base were studied. This research can be used as a design basis of lean concrete base road in industrial field, which provides a reference for the design of lean concrete road structure in the industrial field in the future.

New intermediate temperature wear resistant alloy steel T1006N was investigated in this paper. It was required to have good wear resistance at a temperature of no more than 400℃. This material was applied to the core parts of the clinker roller crusher roll ring of Sinoma Technology & Equipment Group Co., Ltd.  After using from 2011，the service life of T1006N was not less than 3 years with a good effect.

The structures of the joints of the concrete filled tubular frame structure are complicated. So far, researches on the mechanical performance of certain types of joints are not enough and there is no specification or code which could address this issue. Thus, it is the necessity to study thoroughly the mechanical performance of the joints. In this study, finite element software ANSYS is introduced to conduct researches on the mechanical performances of the joints. Then the function and setting principles underpinning the stiffened plate are discussed. Results show that, the joints have good bearing capacity that can meet the requirements of the relevant provisions, and stiffened plates can effectively improve the mechanical performance of the joints.
