The Flow Analysis Research of the Pressure Frame Wear Problem in a Roller Mill

In this paper, the armour and louvre ring of the MLS4028 vertical raw roller mill that contracted by Sinoma(TIANJIN) Powder Technology Ltd. in a technological upgrading project is built into 3D geometry model and calculation meshes, then the flow field inside the middle and down parts of MLS4028 is numerically simulated by CFD technology. The main reasons resulting in abnormal wear of pressure frame are studied according to the simulation flow field, which indicates the unreasonable louvre angle inside armour ring causes the local big eddy and high speed gas current directly blowing the pressure frame. To relieve the pressure frame wear, different louvre angle and radial position are simulated and the reasonable values of the two parameters are obtained by studying simulation results, according to which the solution scheme is designed and adopted. Finally good industrial application results proves that it is a good solution to the abnormal wear problem of the pressure frame, which provides a practical and feasible solution scheme for the alike wear problems of vertical roller mill.

Study of Typical Pollutants' Solidification in Clinker in the Co-processing Hazardous Waste in Cement Kiln

Hazardous wastes containing three typical pollutants such as Cr, Pb and Cl were co-processed in cement kiln,simultaneously the curing rates in clinker were respectively examined.The results showedthat the curing rate of Cr, Pb raised when the hazardous waste disposal amounts increased, except the curing rate of Cl declined when the hazardous waste disposal amounts increased. The quality of the clinker was detected during the co-processing.The results showedthat the fCaOrate values and 28d strength of clinker could satisfy the related standards.

Overall design, building formwork and cast-in-situ construction on site are adopted usually for traditional concrete silo decompression cone at home and abroad. In order to research saving the cost of formwork and other, two construction ways are adopted for decompression cone of the two raw meal silos of this project: cast-in-situ construction on site; precast concrete on site and lifting and installation. For precast construction, through summarizing the construction experience of previous decompression cone, breaking through the technical difficulties of decompression cone construction, we make construction plan from the follow sides: reasonable arrangement of the site, rebar tying, casting, maintenance, selection of machinery, hosting, etc. In combination with the characteristics of precast element, hosting and casting, the technical breakthrough and innovation process of the construction process are completed. At last, through two construction ways, we get the conclusion.
