在线多元素分析仪在水泥生料配料中的应用

Application of Online Multielement Analyzer in Raw Meal Ingredients of Cement
摘要 传统生料检测Si、Ca、Fe、Al,采用荧光分析方法,其速度慢,滞后时间长,造成生料及熟料三率值合格率低,熟料fCaO合格率偏低,熟料强度波动大。为进一步提高熟料质量,降低水泥成本,提高市场竞争力,占领高端水泥市场,我公司引进DF-5701中子活化水泥元素在线分析仪(以下简称分析仪),进行在线实时检测,快速调整配料,提高了生料、熟料三率值合格率,避免了熟料强度的大幅波动,提高了fCaO的合格率,降低了水泥中熟料的配比,降低了配料成本,各项经济技术指标均得到提高。
