Abstract: Gradient combustion self-denitrification technology is based on the principle characteristics of cement production itself,which can achieve a denitrification efficiency of 50%~70% and reduce the NOx emission to below 500mg/Nm3(@10%O2) and as low as 300mg/Nm3(@10%O2) when burning bituminous coal . However,there is some specific when cement production burning petcoke and the NOx emission reduction effect is necessary to study. The application of self-denitrification technology in Turkish cement project buring petcoke is introduced in this paper. Its background emission of more than 1 500mg/Nm3 can be reduced to below 800mg/Nm3 after self-denitrification technology application,and the direction of further optimization is analyzed and summarized.
