摘要分析了BIM平台实施前公司各信息系统现状和BIM平台要解决的关键需求，规划了BIM平台的开发架构和实现方式，展示了BIM平台在天津院的应用实例。

Abstract: In this study, the situation of information systems and key requirements of building information model (BIM) platform are analyzed. The development architecture and implementation method of the BIM platform are planned. In the end, the example of the BIM platform in Tianjin Cement Industry Desing & Research Institute Co., Ltd. is demonstrated.
