摘要
通过应用数字化智能控制技术,实现了篦冷机料层厚度的在线监测,篦床行程和速度的自动调节,多变量智能控制模块的迭代优化,智能控制熟料移动速度及冷却风量和风压,实现了篦冷机运行的智能化维护,提高了篦冷机运行的可靠性,降低了维护费用,稳定了熟料产质量,提高了水泥生产企业的管理水平。

Abstract: Through the application of digital intelligent control technology, the on-line monitoring of grate cooler layer thickness, automatic adjustment of grate bed travel and speed, iterative optimization of multi-variable intelligent control module, intelligent control of clinker moving speed, cooling air volume and air pressure, intelligent maintenance of grate cooler is realized, which improves the reliability of grate cooler operation and reduces the maintenance cost. The clinker production quality is stabilized and the management level of cement production enterprises is improved.
