摘要
介绍了骨料生产线ABB AC900F DCS自动控制系统的组成,工程师站趋势服务器的搭建,Modbus TCP协议和Modbus 485协议的设置,骨料生产线DCS编程等。该系统可在操作员站画面上直接显示现场设备运行情况,通过数据分析,提高设备运行效率;可有效监管生产区域,设备运行异常可自动报警停机。

Abstract:
This article introduces the composition of ABB AC900F DCS automatic control system of aggregate production line, the construction of trend server of engineer station, the setting of Modbus TCP protocol and Modbus 485 protocol, and the programming of DCS of aggregate production line, etc. The system can directly display the operating situation of the equipment on the operator screen, and improve the operating efficiency of the equipment through data analysis. It can effectively supervise the abnormal operation of the production area and equipment, and automatically alarm and shut down.
