In this study, the effects of coordinated disposal of waste FCC catalyst in cement kilns on kiln operation conditions and clinker quality were studied, which carried out the characteristics analysis of waste FCC catalyst, heavy metal leaching rate and compatibility scheme analysis test. The deficiencies of collaborative disposal of waste FCC catalyst in production practice were introduced, meanwhile including the effects of waste FCC catalyst on kiln tail gas emission, water quality and clinker quality. The results show that compatibility calculation and quality control should be strengthened in advance when using cement kiln to dispose waste FCC catalyst. The waste FCC catalyst should be fully integrated with the cement raw material ratio during the disposal process. For waste FCC catalysts with alumina content of about 35% and silicon oxide content of about 33%, the disposal amount should be controlled within 1.6t/h.
