Abstract: This paper analyzes the reasons of high speed of ID fan, serious wear of impeller, high temperature of frequency converter module and frequent over-current stop of motor in two 5 000t/d cement production lines. Compared with the performance of high-temperature fans and high-efficiency energy-saving fans, the energy-saving effect of high-efficiency energy-saving fans is obviously better than that of normal ID fans. In 2019, two ID fans were replaced with high-efficiency energy-saving fans. The actual operation results show that the two fans can save nearly 4.5 million CNY in electricity costs annually, and the investment can be recovered in one year.
