Abstract: The combined grinding process system of ?4.2m×13m ball mill + HFCG140-80 roller press + SF600/140 pulverizer was analyzed. The power consumption was up to 34kWh/t, and the output was only 120t/h(P·O42.5 shall prevail).Through the addition of a V-type powder separator , a high-efficiency eddy current powder separator, and other supporting capacity expansion facilities, a double-closed-circuit combined grinding system for cement roller presses has been formed. After the transformation, the mill output was increased from 120t/h to 160t/h, and the electricity consumption per ton of cement was reduced by 5kWh, The effect of increasing production and reducing consumption is obvious.
