Abstract: Taking the GDNF company's actual production process as an example, the capacity could not be improved, the maintenance cost was higher and the maintenance time was longer. To solve these problems, it introduces TPM (Total Productivity Management) in the practice of management theory during the five work process including the work direction defining, organizational security, status investigation, cause analysis and implementation of the improvement. It focuses on the application of TPM management tools for 5Why analysis, correlation analysis and 4M analysis. Promoting TPM management method in cement enterprises can effectively improve enterprise management level, promote enterprise production and operation indicators, and reduce the loss caused by equipment failure.
