摘要 陶瓷抛光污泥所含的大量水分以及未有效分级是限制其大规模资源化利用的瓶颈。本文介绍了由中材装备集团有限公司自主研发并应用于广州市翔龙环保科技有限公司的陶瓷抛光污泥立式烘干分级系统,并对整个系统的工艺流程、工作参数范围、存在的问题及改进措施和运行性能指标等进行了阐述。

Abstract: Ceramic polishing sludge contains a large amount of moisture and it has not been effectively classified, which becomes bottlenecks restricting its large scale recycling use. A vertical drying classification system for ceramic polishing sludge, developed independently by Sinoma Technology & Equipment Group Co., Ltd. and applied in Guangzhou Xianglong Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. , is introduced in this paper. The process of the whole system, operating parameters, improvement measures for the existing problems, and the operational performance, etc., have been investigated.
