摘要 介绍了LM3722N型矿渣辊磨主要参数的选型计算方法及辊磨的结构、工作原理和设计特点,分析讨论了矿渣立式辊磨调试操作控制要点。从现场运行情况看,LM3722N型矿渣辊磨很好地达到了设计目的,矿渣处理量100t/h,比表面积400m2 /kg,振动值5~12m/s。

Abstract: The paper introduces the selection and calculation method of the main parameters of LM3722N slag roller mill and the structure, working principle and design features of the mill. The commissioning and operation control points of the slag vertical roller mill are discussed. Operation on site showed that the LM3722N slag roller mill has well met the design objective. The capacity is 100t/h, the specific surface area is 400m2 /kg, and the vibration value is 5~12m/s.
