Abstract This paper describe the design, erection and operation of a state－made waste heat power generation on the first 5000t／d clinker new dry cement line. It is proven that both engineering design and equipment manufacturing are successful. The author sum up the issues noticed in engineering design and running practice, as well as the benefit produced from revolving economy.
