Abstract The current situation of the Liaogeshan limestone mine and the construction principles of green mines are introduced. According to the "Green Mine Construction Specification of Cement Limestone Industry", the Liaogeshan limestone mine has been greened from six aspects: resource development and utilization, comprehensive utilization of resources, mining area environmental management, digital mine construction, slope online safety monitoring system and community harmony project. Mine planning and design not only achieved resource conservation, but also promoted local economic development.
