Abstract A 5 000t/d production line has a high content of sulfur and chlorine element , it needs to adopt by-pass system. The traditional Weber method is used to calculate the by-pass air volume, and a 10% by-pass system is set up, and the gas drawing point is set in front of the slope of the kiln inlet chamber. The heat loss of 10% ventilation is appropriate, the ash discharge is 20g/kg.cl, the crust at the end of kiln is weakened, the content of harmful components in clinker is greatly reduced, and the performance of clinker is improved.
