Abstract The paper summarized crushing chamber optimizations of our cone crusher products, including concave fixture with deformation compensation and mantle installation without back liner, which simplified replacement processes of cone crusher chamber significantly. Additionally, labyrinth seal and floating ring ball seal are used for dustproof system improvement, enhancing sealing ability and lubrication condition of main shaft bearings, leading to longer service life of dustproof system.
