Abstract According to the actual working conditions of the seals, industrialization experiments of laser melting technology have been carried out. The experiments show that the selection of solid-state lasers with a power of 3 000W, medium-carbon high-alloy powder melting materials, and vertical welding beads are suitable for industrial production.
