Abstract The average power consumption of No.2 cement mill system is 33.80kW·h/ t. the power consumption of cement mill is reduced to 29.02kW·h/ t by improving the extrusion effect of roller press, reducing the fineness of grinding materials, adjusting the grading and loading capacity of grinding body, improving the powder separation efficiency of separator, perfecting the process management of mill, and increasing the output of mill.
