Abstract On the premise of not increasing the burning heat consumption of cement clinker, by strengthening the process operation of cement kiln, reasonably matching the air volume of primary, secondary and tertiary air, adjusting the proportion of coal used at kiln head, and optimizing the operation of grate cooler, the efficient cooperation between cement clinker production and waste heat power generation system is realized.
