Abstract After the rotary kiln has been running for a long time, due to wear, the surface of the supporting roller appears to be abnormal, dented, dropped, and the cylindricity drops, which affects the normal axial movement of the rotary kiln. Through on-line repair of rotary kiln supporting roller, turning and grinding tools were designed and manufactured, and the surface of the supporting rollers was repaired online without stopping the kiln, ensuring the normal and stable operation of the rotary kiln.
