Abstract In order to meet the rapid loading requirements of on-line automatic loading robot for bagged cement, an automatic two-way diversion chute device for bagged cement is designed. The composition and working principle of the mechanism are analyzed, and the movement of bagged cement in the automatic two-way diversion chute device is simulated by using Edem software. The field application shows that the overall structure design of the device is reasonable and can meet the loading requirements of 3 000 bags of cement per hour.
