Abstract This paper introduced the design idea, system composition, control strategy and system operation of remote automatic monitoring system for powder bulk system. The remote automatic monitoring system can improve the automation level of bulk process and realize rapid deployment and application, which can not only realize unattended control on site, but also reduce installation and construction costs.
