Main Measures to Improve the Strength of Cement Clinker

摘要 通过调整原燃材料质量,加强水泥熟料生产过程控制,优化熟料配料方案,调整熟料生产工艺操作,熟料3d抗压强度由28.5MPa提高至31.0MPa,28d抗压强度由52.0MPa提高至57.0MPa,熟料配比由85%降至81%,水泥熟料质量得到改善,并取得了良好经济效益。

Abstract:
By adjusting the quality of raw and fuel materials, strengthening the control of cement clinker production process, optimizing the clinker batching plan, and adjusting the clinker production process operation, the 3d compressive strength of clinker was increased from 28.5MPa to 31.0MPa, and the 28d compressive strength was increased from 52.0MPa was increased to 57.0MPa, the proportion of clinker was reduced from 85% to 81%, the quality of cement clinker was improved, and good economic benefits were achieved.
